Hi Girls! Here is an update on Jacob and Adam. Jacob is back in the hospital. The Marine doctors continue to look for the issue. Apparently, he is suffering from internal bleeding and they do not know why. Aunt Kathy had taken him to the family doctor while he was home on leave. They were concerned because of the amount of weight he had lost. We'll keep you posted.
Adam had his court date yesterday and was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 6 additional years of probation. He began his sentence immediately. The pre-trial recommendations (there were 2) were 1 - 4 and 4 - 7 years. The judge gave him 10. I was at the hearing and it was brutal. Both families suffered. I'm not sure giving Adam 10 years will make it right. He'll be housed in the Dodge County Jail until they decide which institution he'll be placed in. Keep him in your prayers. He's going to need them.
